How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days and you should allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive from time of purchase.


Where is my order?

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is for tracking as well as proof of when an order was delivered and signed for. If your order has not arrived within the estimated working days please use the contact form to request an 'Order Update' by inputting that as the Subject. Once your order has been located you will be informed of its whereabouts.

When requesting an 'Order Update' remember to include your PayPal Receipt Number and input the email address used when placing the order.



WORLDWIDE DELIVERY


How long until I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days and you should allow up to 14–30 days for your order to arrive from time of purchase. VIHMIRU has no control and will not accept any responsibility over customs delays or tax charges that may be incurred.


Where is my order?

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Airsure and Royal Mail International Signed For. This is for tracking as well as proof of when an order was delivered and signed for. MISSING ORDERS


In the eventuality that Royal Mail loses an order, VIHMIRU cannot be held responsible. But at VIHMIRU's discretion, some form of compensation may be agreed upon with the customer.



RETURN POLICY


Zippo Goods

Please follow these instructions before returning Zippo goods to VIHMIRU.

• Remove the inside unit from the lighter outer case.
• Allow the fuel to evaporate for two or three days.
• Place the inside unit back in to the lighter outer case.


Cancellation

If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can return the goods for a full refund. However, you must notify VIHMIRU by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you received the goods should you wish to do so. If you do not comply with the notification requirement, you will lose your right to return the goods and to receive a refund.

The goods must be returned in the original state in which they were supplied; unused and undamaged. Any goods that have sustained use or damage by the you, the customer, will be deemed non-returnable and no refund will be given.

If you have returned the goods and notified VIHMIRU within the 7 day cooling period as specified above you are then entitled to a full refund of which you will receive within 30 days after the day VIHMIRU received the returned goods. It is recommended you track the returned goods and provide proof of delivery should any discrepancies arise. All return postage costs will be covered by you, the customer.

Faulty / Damaged

If you have received the goods but before or after use there appears to be a fault or damage you may return the goods for repair. If the goods are deemed to be unrepairable you will then be entitled to an exchange of the same goods or a partial refund that reflect the use of the goods up to the point of the fault occurring. All return postage costs will be covered by you, the customer.

Sufficient fault or damage to goods is something that prevents the goods performing the task they were made for. The period of time to notify VIHMIRU of faulty or damaged goods is 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods.

Upon receipt of the faulty or damaged goods, providing that the goods are in fact faulty or damaged, your postage costs will be reimbursed to you and the cost of delivering the either repaired or exchanged goods will be covered by VIHMIRU.

However, any goods that turn out to not be faulty or damaged will be delivered back to you along with an invoice for the cost of additional re-delivery and your return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Any goods that have sustained fault or damage due to the incorrect usage by you, the customer, will subsequently be deemed unsuitable for repair, exchange or refund and will be delivered back to you along with an invoice for the cost of additional re-delivery and return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Timings for repairs / exchanges and re-delivery will be communicated to you, the customer, via either email, written letter or phone.

Please note that the degradation of a finish is not a warranted fault / damage as this will naturally occur from general use over an extended period of time.
